Description
The target classification is not shown on MASS or the classification changes while the target moves.
Possible Cause
The camera isn't set to auto-tracking mode
Check the camera's auto-tracking status.
Camera related issues such as: dirty lenses, poor illumination, camera malfunction
Ask the customer's field technician to check the camera.
Note: If the camera would eventually get replaced here are the main possible scenarios:
A. Replacing camera with same model - only calibration would be required.
B. Replacing camera with different model would require Magos Support to schedule a remote session in order to prepare a new driver if not exist.
Bad radar and/or camera calibration might result in a target appearing out of frame.
