6 STEPS
1. The first step is to open AI Dashboard The default IP is 192.168.40.60. Next, click on the Networking Tab
2. Edit Port 1
3. Set the NIC's IP to Static
4. Type in the desired IP subnet and DNS and click OK
5. Click Apply
6. That's it. You're done.
