Unclassified
Valid only when Filter by Type → Unclassified is enabled. The Unclassified threshold specifies the time interval after which a target triggers an alarm if it has not been classified by the AI. This serves as a fail-safe when target classification is unreliable due to poor camera or video conditions (for example, adverse weather or low lighting).
- Timer Start
The Unclassified timer starts when a target enters the alarm zone. - Alarm Trigger
An alarm is triggered once the timer reaches the configured Unclassified threshold. - Timer Persistence
The timer does not stop when the target leaves the alarm zone and continues counting for the same target. Therefore, if the target later enters a new alarm zone configured with an Unclassified threshold, an alarm is triggered immediately if the target has already accumulated the required Unclassified time.
Loitering
The minimum duration a target is tracked within the alarm zone before an alarm is generated.
- Timer Start
The Loitering timer starts when a target enters the alarm zone. - Alarm Trigger
An alarm is triggered once the timer reaches the configured Loitering threshold. Loitering can be configured with or without target classification (for example, Person or Vehicle). - Timer Reset
The timer resets each time the target leaves the alarm zone.
